Hand made items are more delicate than shop bought products therefore must be washed gently. For best results, I recommend hand washing turned inside out.

However if you wish to use the washing machine always turn clothes inside out and wash on a cool/delicate/handwash cycle at 30 degrees. I would recommend you do not tumble dry items.

Please note that items are handmade, so pattern placement may vary. Each item is unique. Colours may appear different on your computer screen than actual garment.

For sizing please see our size chart for clarification. Items cannot be refunded for sizing issues, I recommend you double check sizing before making an order.

All items in my shop are custom made; therefore I do not accept returns. However If an item is faulty or damaged, I will replace (if possible), refund or offer a discount code for a future order. I need to be notified of any issues within 21 days but will ask for proof of the fault, in the form of a photo.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be made after returned product has been received. I will not take responsibility for undelivered/missing orders if tracking has not been purchased. If the postal service looses your parcel, it is not my fault and I cannot issue a refund.
